LaBudde Group team members are active in their communities. Some of the organizations that our team members are involved with are the Chamber of Commerce, Jaycees, Lions Club, Kiwanis, 4-H clubs, various church organizations, Moose Lodge, Junior Women’s Club, Girl Scouts, and shelters for the handicapped and local government. We support each other in fund-raising efforts and functions whenever possible.

Leaders for Ozaukee’s Next Generation (L.O.N.G.)
Six LaBudde employees have now graduated from an eight-session leadership certificate series in Grafton, WI over the past two years. This certificate series was created to help grow and develop Ozaukee’s future leaders. Each session focused on different management best practices while encouraging networking and collaboration beyond the classroom.
