Since starting with LaBudde in 2006, Jenny Wackershauser has been utilizing her lifetime experience in agriculture to find unique ways to utilize products from the food industry that would otherwise be landfilled. Growing up on a small dairy farm in Wisconsin has given her the tools to help farmers across the US find valuable options for nutritious feed for dairy cows, beef cows, turkeys, chickens, pigs, horses, dogs, and cats. Educated at the University of Wisconsin- Platteville with a degree in Animal Science and Agriculture Business, dairy and animal nutrition were vital in growing an interest in this unique corner of agriculture.
